My dearest Sisters and Brods here and abroad . . .Fr. Alfeche, guest and friends.
Good evening, good morning or whatever time zones we have now, hope you are all in the best of health knowing that we are still facing an epidemic difficult to contain that gives us a lot of fear, for ourselves, our families, our friends.
Covid-19 has affected our normal living putting all important activities we used to do like celebrating our Anniversaries in the background. But that as maybe, warriors that we are, must continue to adopt to the new normal without forgetting the health protocols that we must all observe.
Let me start by saying “I miss you all!” it has been years that we have not seen each other especially the non-residents. As we left the portals of our school determined to pursue our dreams, we never forgot that we are MU SIGMA PHIans ready to face the world and conquer it.
And we all did. We are proud to say that many of us if not all are successful professionals. We served different nations, different nationalities, different cultures but we came out victorious. Because what were taught in school and the organization we so loved, prepared us for the future and it’s well-entrenched in our system.
Spiritual values, Academic excellence, Discipline are things we will never forget and continue to uphold till the end.
Our founder, Atty. Tomas Alejan Sajo was full of dreams, plans to better the lives of everyone, building our confidence, and always making us feel we are the cream of the crop. And am sure we all lived up to his expectations. We did not fail him.
Brod Tom, wherever you are, our big thanks. Continue to look upon us with the same passion as when you were still here on earth.
To the new breed of MU SIGMA PHIans, we welcome all of you to this prestigious organization. You will know one, when you see one. Wear the badge of our organization with pride and confidence. It is your ticket to a better future.
Lastly, let us continue to work together to make this country a better place to live in. The little that we can do or contribute will go a long way, touching the hearts and minds of the less fortunate, thereby helping them build their own lives.
Again, “happy anniversary” to one and all. Let’s continue to enjoy every moment we have this evening.
Keep safe everyone!
