As the Most Idyllic Sister of AY 2001-2002, it is with great honor to witness the 45th Sapphire Anniversary of our beloved sorority. In behalf of my contemporaries, I deeply congratulate all the brothers and sisters who worked hard in one way or another to create and preserve the ideals of being a SIGMA CHIan and a MU SIGMA PHIan.

Truly, our beloved Fraternity and Sorority have always been continuing its legacy of excellence, leadership and service to humanity not only locally but globally as well.

Each of us has his own path to take. We struggle in life to survive. Yet, our hearts remain to be SIGMA CHIan and MU SIGMA PHIan wherever life may lead us. As we look back in our days of being a neophyte, we remember that we tried our best to pass the challenges and obstacles to become a true-blooded SIGMA CHIan/MU SIGMA PHIan. Strongly, we faced our fears and overcome our weaknesses. The rituals and traditions we’ve been through to become one depict life in reality, too. It showed us what life is all about. We struggle to survive despite of our vulnerabilities. It’s nice to know that after all we’ve been through, we did survive!

Furthermore, the inevitable comes unexpectedly especially in “life” as they call it. I believe that a person who encounters life at its hardest is special and stronger. As I see it, failure only comes if you never tried anything to make it better and if you stop hoping and believing. We need to be brave to face life because at the tunnel’s end lies the sweetest victory called happiness.

As you can see, our beloved Sorority continues to exist. All of us had struggled for its existence. Now, we come again together to savor our victory, celebrating the 45th Anniversary of our beloved MU SIGMA PHI Sorority. May our ideals and aspirations continue to live forever beyond flesh and blood. For the SIGMA CHI Fraternity and MU SIGMA PHI Sorority, FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!
